Questions on anything covered in our guides – styling a room, choosing materials, working with colour or light. If a particular topic wasn't clear or you'd like us to go deeper, let us know.
Corrections matter. If you've spotted something that doesn't read right or contradicts your own experience, flag it. Topic suggestions are welcome too – we build the site around what readers actually want to understand.
What happens after you write
Every message lands in our inbox and gets read. You'll hear back within 48 hours on weekdays, sometimes sooner. If your question needs a longer answer than email allows, we may turn it into a guide and let you know when it's live.
We're a small editorial team, so replies are personal rather than templated. That said, we can't offer bespoke design advice for individual homes or comment on specific products outside our existing coverage.
Response times
Most messages get a reply the same day or the next. During busy periods – typically when we're researching a big new guide – it may stretch to two days. We don't work weekends, so anything sent late Friday will be answered on Monday.
